Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Returns

We want you and your pup to be happy with your purchase!
If you’re not fully satisfied, please reach out within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the product is received and inspected.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
